Announcing Company Name Change

Effective immediately, 2^nd Sight Gun Sights LLC is changing its company name to Gemini Defense LLC.

We will continue to develop and test new products designed to aid Law Enforcement, military, competitive shooters, and those concerned with personal and home defense. 2012 sees us transitioning from a gun sight company to a company offering a wide array of products for handguns, shotguns, and the AR battle rifle.

Once our new website is completed (www.geminidefense.com) it will serve as a source of information about the firearms industry in general as well as new trends, training techniques, and emerging products.

Gemini Defense reflects our changing business strategy and entry into a wider range of firearm-related products and services. In October 2011, 2^nd Sight Gun Sights released the patented Zone Reflex (Z-Flex) combat pistols sights representing significant improvements in sighting capabilities. Under the banner of Gemini Defense we are broadening our product line to include new products designed around the AR platform. Our AR products include a new style of back-up iron sight (BUIS), vertical pistol grip (VPG), bi-pod, flash suppressor, and a unique Picatinny rail system.

We also are releasing two new shotgun sights predicated on our Low Profile Combat design and very unlike traditional “ghost ring” sights. And we have a new combat front sight for those who advocate and train with just their front sights. We are confident you will find this innovative tool as effective as our Z-Flex combat sights.
